Do you offer ongoing support? +
Yes. Many clients keep us on after a project, from site maintenance to regular virtual assistance.
How do you handle payments? +
Securely through Stripe. Most projects run on a 50% deposit and 50% on delivery, with larger builds split into milestones so nothing feels front loaded.
Will I work with one person or a team? +
You get one point of contact who stays with you throughout, with the wider team pulled in for their speciality. You never have to repeat yourself to five different people.
What if I am not sure what I need? +
That is completely normal, and the discovery call exists for exactly this. Bring the problem, not the solution, and we will help you name the right next step even if it turns out we are not the ones to do it.
How many revisions do I get? +
Every project includes structured revision rounds at agreed checkpoints. We would rather get it right with you than hand over something you quietly dislike.
